All custom products are hand made on a per order basis. Custom products are unique to each individual order, and due to the nature of the product, No returns will be accepted and no refunds given. If there is something significantly wrong with your product upon receipt, please make an inquiry directly and we will review each inquiry on a case by case basis. This is only applicable for unused and unworn products. Thank you for understanding.
Products will be shipped via UPS, and will typically be received within 3 weeks of your order date. The turnaround time will be posted at the top of the home page of the website, and is subject to change based on workload. Please reference the delivery times before your order and let us know of any special circumstances. All accommodations will be on a best-efforts basis.
This fee is for mock ups on designs you want that you haven't seen here on our website. If you want to see what something would look like then you're in the right place. We don't giveaway our time for free though. You can have unlimited mock ups for a fee of $20, and if you decide to go through with your purchase it will be deducted from the cost of your product. This is non-refundable regardless of if you purchase the product or not.
