If there is something significantly wrong with your product upon receipt, please make an inquiry directly and we will review each inquiry on a case by case basis. This fee is for mock ups on designs you want that you haven't seen here on our website. If you want to see what something would look like then you're in the right place. We don't giveaway our time for free though. You can have unlimited mock ups for a fee of $20, and if you decide to go through with your purchase it will be deducted from the cost of your product. This is non-refundable regardless of if you purchase the product or not.
